By submitting this form you agree to the following key terms:
- Payment: 30% non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of confirmation; 70% balance due 30 days before check-in.
- Security bond: AUD $1,000 refundable bond, returned within 7 business days of departure.
- Cancellation: 30+ days: deposit forfeited, balance refunded. 14–30 days: 50% forfeited. Under 14 days: full amount forfeited.
- Check-in / out: 3:00 pm check-in · 10:00 am check-out.
- House rules: No smoking, no pets, no parties. Max 8 guests. Quiet hours 10 pm – 8 am.
- Minimum stay: 4 nights.
